Our services

Every diver understands the importance of properly maintaining their diving equipment — it’s your life support system underwater.

Our Workshop

Tasmanian Divers professionally qualified technicians are experienced in servicing many of the leading recreational and commercial diving brands. We’re fully equipped, ready, and committed to meeting all your diving needs.

Quality Service & Guaranteed Workmanship

As a leader in the field of diving equipment servicing, Tasmanian Divers has developed a quality management system for our servicing and has been certified to ISO 9001 standard. We feel this reflects our commitment to the quality and professionalism of our work.

Manufacturer's Recommendations

We use manufacturer-recommended parts and service kits whenever possible. This approach not only ensures compliance with industry standards but also protects both us and you, the customer. While this may not make us the cheapest SCUBA servicing option available, it does provide you with something far more valuable — peace of mind.

3 Month Guaranteed

All our servicing is backed by a three-month guarantee from the date of service. If your equipment experiences issues during normal diving activities within that period, simply bring it back — we’ll service it again free of charge.

Regular maintenance is essential to extend the life of your equipment and ensure safety.

SCUBA Cylinder Hydrostatic Testing

Australian regulations require that your cylinder(s) be visually inspected and pressure tested at a certified testing station once per year. Tasmanian Divers is an Australian Standards accredited cylinder test station (#GC217) for the Inspection and Testing of Gas Cylinders or Vessels as defined in Australian Standard 2337. This covers all scuba diving cylinders, pony bottles, etc.

SCUBA Regulator Service

Don’t forget to have your regulators serviced this year. As the control centre of your diving gear, your regulator plays a critical role in your safety. Annual servicing of the first stage, second stage, and octopus ensures your equipment is always reliable and ready for your next dive.

We are authorised to service and repair most major brands of commercially available scuba equipment. Our technicians are trained to handle a wide range of systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

We also provide comprehensive servicing and repairs for all types of commercial diving equipment. For any technical inquiries regarding your gear, please contact us.

Please note: Due to limited storage space in our service department, once work has been completed, we cannot hold customers’ equipment for longer than 3 months. We will contact you when gear is ready to be collected. If it is left for longer than three months after this time, it will be moved into long-term storage off premises. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
