PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course
PADI’s Advanced diver program was created so you can try out a variety of specialty courses after your Open Water course. It’s a great way to experience what advanced training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. It also certifies you to dive independently to 30m.
During the Advanced diver course you will try out five different specialties. You will complete one open water training dive per specialty.
This course consists of one theory session and a full weekend of diving, including three shore dives and two boat dives.
The first two compulsory dives are Deep and Underwater Navigation. There are a range of specialty courses to pick from for the remaining three but our most popular are Perfect Buoyancy, Night, and Nitrox. Visit the PADI website for a full list of available specialties.
The course price is currently $400, which includes all theory materials, tuition, all equipment needed for the duration of the course, five dives and certification from PADI.
If you decide to take a full course in any of the specialties you tried, the dive you took can be applied to that specialty course.
PADI Deep Diving Specialty course
The Deep Diver Specialty is a popular and highly recommended course for those who wish to do deeper dives and dive travel. This specialty certifies you to dive safely and independently to 40m.
